Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with tags and proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at toplyx@gmail.com. Returns must be approved before sending. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Non-returnable Items
Custom or personalized products, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable. Hazardous materials and certain restricted items are also not eligible.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order after approval.
EU Customers
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days without reason. Items must be unused and in original condition.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
