Dispatch and processing
Orders dispatch from China. We process orders within 3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order ships, we email you its tracking number.
Destinations and available services
We ship to the United States and selected international destinations. Availability depends on your destination, the products ordered and the parcel weight. Enter your delivery address at checkout to see the services available for your order. If no shipping option appears, we cannot currently deliver that order to the address entered.

Express is the only U.S. shipping service. U.S. orders with a subtotal of US$89.00 or more after discounts qualify for free Express shipping. Service availability and any weight conditions are confirmed at checkout before payment.
Other destinations
International shipping charges and services vary by destination and parcel details. The applicable charge is displayed at checkout before you pay. Estimated international delivery is generally 7–14 business days, unless a different estimate is shown for your chosen service.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Customs clearance, local carrier operations and other factors may cause delays. Import duties, taxes and customs charges may apply and are the customer’s responsibility unless expressly included at checkout.
